The last two Fridays I told you about Assaf and Warren.
Two guys who changed their health by changing their environment and their understanding of how their body actually works.
This week I want to tell you why those stories matter to me personally.
My dad went through a slow metabolic decline over about 15 years.
It started with prediabetes. His doctor said "let's keep an eye on it." Prescribed metformin. Told him to watch his sugar intake. No real plan. No system.
Just a pill and a vague suggestion.
Prediabetes became Type 2 diabetes. More medication. Then neuropathy. Nerve damage in his feet and hands. Then the medication for the neuropathy caused him to lose his equilibrium, which meant he couldn't move as much.
Then a heart attack.
At every stage, the medical system did the same thing: waited for the next symptom to appear and prescribed another pill to manage it.
Nobody helped him build a life where the decline didn't happen in the first place.
Nobody taught him how food actually works in his body.
Nobody redesigned his environment.
I watched that happen in real time. And it changed what I believe about health.
I believe most of the metabolic health crises men face in their 40s, 50s, and 60s are preventable.
That's why I built this practice.
The men I work with lose weight, yes. They get in the gym, yes.
But the reason this exists is bigger than that. It's about understanding how your body processes fuel. Understanding what your blood markers mean and how to move them. Building an environment where the healthy choice is the automatic choice.
That's what the Macro Calculator starts to give you. Three weeks ago I sent it to you because it's the same foundation I build with every client. A window into how food works for your specific body.
The calculator is step one. Step two is building the full system around it. The training. The meal architecture. The habits. The environment. And the education that makes you dangerous on your own, so you never need a coach again.
That last part is unusual. Most coaching programs are built on retention. Monthly subscriptions. Check-ins that never end. Meal plans that keep you dependent on someone else telling you what to eat.
I work with men for 120 days. The goal is that they graduate. They leave because it worked so well they have the knowledge and the systems to keep going on their own.
If that resonates with you, if you're the kind of person who wants to understand the system rather than rent someone else's plan, I'd like to talk.
45 minutes. Free. No commitment. Just an honest conversation about where you are and what's possible.
More next Friday,
Zack
P.S. If you're not ready for a call but you have a question about anything I've sent over the last few weeks, just reply. I answer every one personally.
